Very polite staff, friendly people, very good transportation to the centre of the city , quiet neighbourhood, clean, they changed the towels every day. They insisted on keeping the room tight and clean They were also very distinctive while being present at the same time. Very good wi-fi signal. You can work as long as you want on your lap top. I asked them twice to print something for me and they did it for free. Any question I had about the city they were willing to help me immediately. They had a smile always on their face. Thank you so much for helping me during my staying and my exams at the University. Maria

The staff was particularly helpful from the very beginning. They are young and professional. I had a problem with the basin in my room and the guy in the evening service solved it very fast. At the arrival time (a bit before check in hour) there was a lady waiting for me that had every detail I needed ready. At the time of check out, the person was also willing to help, and, most importantly, with a smile and a relaxed feeling. The BB is simple but clean, well organized, and there is a stop of the tram just in front.

Fairly simple, good value hotel not far from the bus/train station. Staff were friendly and there was underground parking for a fee which was good as parking was difficult in the area around the hotel. It wasn´t so easy to drive to the hotel entrance or park/stop the car in front of the hotel because of traffic lights etc. Tram is right there though.

Everything is very clean and the staff is competent and friendly so it was e.g. no issue to stay here with our 2 bicycles and print out a ticket. We liked the room with an openable window to the city and enjoyed the good connection to the city by tram.
